I am writing this letter to commend Professional Installation Services and the installers on the great work that they provided while on the MS Prinsendam. Over the past few months Professional Installation Services come aboard our ship at different times and given quality services at each time in completing the upgrade of new draperies and window treatments. We were impressed with how well Professional Installation Services worked with the ships crew, staff, and passengers in completing this project. The guests were also pleased with the character and politeness of the installers as they worked in passenger cabins. I personally liked how they were willing to work at all hours of the day in order to accommodate both the ship and guests diverse schedules. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and will willing to go the extra mile in dealing with guests, completing the job, and working with the ship. I am happy with the work that they proved and enjoyed working with this company.
