I am typing this letter to recommend Professional Installation Services as an exceptional drapery installation company. I have dealt with several of their installers as I have been a part of the dry dock refurbishment of the MS Amsterdam in San Francisco. The installers had positive attitudes and always seemed happy to do our work and help out with other tasks if needed. I liked how they were willing to work late & meet deadlines. They were the last contractors in the room and had the least amount of time to finish up, but still kept our firm deadline. I also like how they were team players and were respectful of other contractors, staff, and the ship building relationships of trust with all crew members they associated with. They were very responsible and handled all problems quickly and in a timely manner. Each of the crew members were very dependable and worked as a unit. I liked how they communicated with me often about all problems and concerns we may have had. They made changes quickly and made sure that everything was installed correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with the quality of their work and how fast they got things done. I was extremely happy. Their installers were friendly and respectful to others on site. It made my job much easier and relieved me of a lot of stress. They encouraged feedback to improve their performance. Very professional!
