I just wanted to express how grateful I am for Professional Installation Services and their window covering installation team. I am the General Manager of the new construction of the Best Western in Blackwell, Oklahoma. This particular job required large amounts of attention to detail. Professional Installation Services took the time to ensure that everything was installed exactly as it needed to be, assisting with the decorative molding (nothing sloppy). They were inventive in proposing suggestions to challenges along the line which provided to be beneficial in getting the project done on time. They were considerate, friendly, and very easy to work with for all of us onsite. I found them to be great communicators. They were quick to resolve any issues and took care of us. They also encouraged feedback and adapted readily to the specific needs of the project to keep things running smoothly.

I was especially impressed that they worked long hours ensuring that the job was completed on time. I quickly realized that they required no supervision allowing me to fulfill my responsibilities. I didn’t need to worry about them as they prove how trustworthy they were. It was obvious that they care about the quality of the work and want to make everyone happy.
