May I recommend Professional Installation Services and their drapery installation team for your drapery installation needs? I have dealt with them several times over the last year or so and have been impressed with their professionalism and ability to take care of us hear at our 178-room hotel. They are courteous and helpful while building a positive rapport with our staff and guests. They have been prompt to schedule installation times at our convenience with minimal inconveniences to our guests and residents. They have been quick to resolve any product issues and have exhibited a willingness to correct any flaws leaving each room looking good. They know what they are doing. I have gone to their owner, Darren Kelsey, with several urgent requests and he has responded in like manner. He makes things happen quickly which has alleviated any of my worries during this time of transition. We would be glad to work with them again and can recommend their work to any hotel in the Marriott chain as remodeling needs arise.
