Professional Installation Services has done a great job of installing new passenger cabin treatments on the MS Ryndam while at dry dock in Freeport, Bahamas. They have worked in a very professional manner to complete the installation under deadlines and have provided efficient and quality service.

Professional Installation Services has done a great job of installing blackouts, sheers, room dividers, and privacy drapes in over 650 passenger cabins and suites on the MS Ryndam. Despite delays in receiving shipments and product, Professional Installation Services was able to complete the job in a timely manner and went out of their way to help the renovation of MS Ryndam become successful. They installers of Professional Installation Services installed carious treatments in our Penthouse Suite, Veranda Suites, Lanai Suites, Spa Suites, and Ocean View cabins. The installers of Professional Installation Services were willing to work long hours and work extra in order to complete the installation of all passenger cabin drapery treatments.

Professional Installation Services has done an admirable job and have shown that they can are professional, efficient, courteous, and dedicated in the work that they have completed on the MS Ryndam cruise ship. I would recommend the work of Professional Installation Services on other cruise ships in the future.

The installers of Professional Installation Services have done an excellent job of installing the window treatments here at Sleep Inn in Houston, Texas. The Hunter Douglas window treatments of blackouts, sheers, and valances were installed correctly and look great in each of the guest rooms and public areas. After working with the installers and seeing the installed window treatments, I can really see the professionalism of the installers and their work.

It has been my pleasure to work for the installers of the window treatments on the Sleep Inn. They worked very efficiently and shown that they take pride and accuracy in their work. They have kept a clean workplace and disposed of their trash promptly and have show respect to other contractors in the hotel. I like the courteousness of the installers and their great attitudes of getting the job done quickly and with precision.

It has been my privilege to work with Professional Installation Services on the drydock refit of three ships in our fleet with Holland America: MS Rotterdam, MS Ryndam, and MS Statendam. In all three cases, the professionalism exhibited by this company was outstanding. Their expertise in all aspects of window coverings has been evident from the measuring and design consultation to the installation and troubleshooting. I have observed that they have been completely focused on the work and have not been a distraction to other contractors or Holland America staff. Their installers have shown a cohesive spirit of teamwork, laboring long hours to provide whatever needed to be done. With strict deadlines, they have been quick to identify solutions to ensure the projects have been completed on time, despite the many obstacles they have encountered with shipping and logistical issues outside their realm of control. They have been friendly at all times with positive “can do” attitudes that have made them a pleasure to work with. On a job with such a large scope, it is reassuring to know that I don’t need to worry about the skills and abilities of the drapery installers. They took extra time to dress out the treatments to make them look real nice. They interacted well with all crew members and stood out for their kindness to assist wherever needed. I am the superintendent at the Marriott Townplace Suites in Orem Utah and have dealt with several of their installers as I have overseen the construction of our property. It is now clear that they measures perfectly with the drapes falling exactly the a/c. I was impressed that they were willing to work on the weekend. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. I was extremely happy. I could see that this crew was very experiences and had extensive knowledge about the installation and the product. They were eager to stay in contact and were always informing me of any issues. The installers distributed all inventory quickly and systematically. They were also careful when handling the product and displayed good judgment in deciding when the rooms were safe enough to hang without damaging the draperies. They communicated well and ensured that we were taken care of and that any issues were quickly addressed. They were quick to remove and dispose of all trash leaving each room in pristine condition, keeping the hallways free and clear of obstructions. Professional Installation Services has done an excellent job installing our new window fixtures here at the Airport Hilton in Seattle Washington.
I was quite impressed with the work that was performed. Everything was efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner so that the rooms could be rented to guests at the earliest time possible. The installers were very professional in their appearance and they were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done.
During the construction there were many different crews going in and out of the rooms that the drapery installers were working in. They worked well with the other crews and made it easy for everybody to work together.

Derek and Ben the workers that were sent here from Professional Installations were great. This company was very professional in the way they did their install. They were friendly, they worked rapidly and kept a great schedule.
The guys from Pro Installations worked well with the other workers on the site, and they were respectful of the hotel itself.
