To Whom It May Concern,

It has been my privilege to work with Professional Installation Services on the drydock refit of three ships in our fleet with Holland America: MS Rotterdam, MS Ryndam, and MS Statendam. In all three cases, the professionalism exhibited by this company was outstanding. Their expertise in all aspects of window coverings has been evident from the measuring and design consultation to the installation and troubleshooting. I have observed that they have been completely focused on the work and have not been a distraction to other contractors or Holland America staff. Their installers have shown a cohesive spirit of teamwork, laboring long hours to provide whatever needed to be done. With strict deadlines, they have been quick to identify solutions to ensure the projects have been completed on time, despite the many obstacles they have encountered with shipping and logistical issues outside their realm of control. They have been friendly at all times with positive “can do” attitudes that have made them a pleasure to work with. On a job with such a large scope, it is reassuring to know that I don’t need to worry about the skills and abilities of the drapery installers. They took extra time to dress out the treatments to make them look real nice. They interacted well with all crew members and stood out for their kindness to assist wherever needed. I look forward to working with their company on many more projects in the future.
